    I called about this starting last year about this time. Since then I have called several more times and put in a City Link request number 16001 73981 on June 5th. That request is still acknowledged and has more pictures. When you repaved my road you left me a 1 inch curb on both sides of my driveway. The water never has a chance to get to a storm drain downhill from me because all the street water goes into my yard. Like the many times that I have called and the city said someone would get back in touch with me I have heard nothing. I have placed Castle Rock along my curb trying to keep the water in the street. I'm just glad the ground is so dry so hopefully my basement doesn't flood again.

    I have written in two separate times on this issue and nothing has been done yet. I have a crack now on a plaster wall in my house because of large trucks hitting this manhole outside my house.

    On 6-5 I reported this issue. CityLink number 256-1739. You closed it without fixing the issue. When cars hit this manhole that has sunk down in front of my house my house shakes and pictures have fell off the wall. I have had many reports closed without being fixed. I have also called you on it and you said you would fix it. I also have another issue regarding asphalt at my location that is still open as well. You may be able to get the same crew to fix both problems at the same time.

    When you poured the street last time you left me a one inch tall curb near my driveway. When it rains hard the street water jumps the curb and floods my driveway and yard. This picture is today when it washed away a new part of my driveway. When you did the street you poured me a asphalt hump on my driveway. Can you extend that hump 4 feet on both ends of my driveway and make it a little taller across the whole width. My neighbor's yard got flooded as well today because they have a inch too for curb near the other end of my driveway

    The street light at 1741 has been out for some time the street light at 1730 has recently gone out and now it is very dark on the curve of Sprague Street

    I reported this on 8-17. The issue ID 1852 642. The telephone pole has been broken since before 8-17. It is leaning and tied to a new pole with a rope. Yesterday the trash trucks arm that picks up the trash can hit the telephone or TV cable that goes between the poles. This is a safety hazard for the trash truck operators and anyone standing at the bus stop that is right by the telephone pole. Please do not close this again until you fix it.
