    Traffic light in front of the hospital entrance is not working (flashing). Please fix as soon as possible, it's a high traffic area for patients and staff, both pedestrians and coming by car to the hospital.

    There is one huge pot hole (big enough to fit a tire, I know, because my tire got stuck in it and it hit the underside of my car this morning). It is especially deceiving when it is filled with water and you can't appreciate its depth. It is located off of 950 Campbell avenue at the entrance to the VA hospital. It is on the lane exiting the VA. There are other smaller pot holes that are also on their way to develop into bigger problems. Please fix this. There are a lot of patients and employees driving through here every day.
