Once again, two cars on opposite sides of the alley are parked partially in the right of way.

Cars can pass, SUVs are close. City solid waste trucks don't have a chance.

"Do Not Enter" sign is too faded to read.

I think this is a grease truck. It is currently 4am on Monday Jan 7th. The truck is parked in front of David's Dumplings (on Oberlin), and is loud enough to be heard inside more than a block away.

This truck does come on some regular basis (not once a week, but more than once a month) and is violating the residential noise ordinance.

More creative parking on the alley.

Renters from landlord #1 parking on property from landlord #2 making our alley look like an off-road rally.

6:30am dumpster pickup, next to residential area.

I've called them before about the noise ordinance. Any other advice?

Branches blocking sidewalk. They've been there about a week.

News Helicopter (ABC11) woke me up at 6:40 hovering over my house. Hovered nearby for 10 minutes.

Shouldn't this be covered by residential noise ordinance?

Pictures attached -- in the alley, there is a cut bike lock dropped in the planter next to the brick carriage house.

Probably evidence of some old crime, but might be useful for police.

I left it undisturbed (two pix attached).

This block from Hawthorne to Woodburn is marked one-way eastbound (picture attached) on the pavement.

Why is this alley marked one way?

I thought that this alley from Park to Woodburn was two way, and the block from Woodburn to Oberlin was one-way westbound.

People on break from Vann Sheridan, usually 10-15 people, routinely assemble outside to smoke, blocking the sidewalk, contributing to noise, and littering cigarette butts.

More than one neighbor has complained that they don't "feel safe" on this side/section of the street.

Private trash pickup dumps dumpsters routinely between 5am and 5:30am, violating residential noise ordinance.

This is in the parking lot of Players Retreat and David's Dumplings.

Calls to W&M in the past have helped temporarily.
