The under passes and ;the sides of Memorial Parkway are becoming an eye soar. Black Mold, pigeon droppings, and weeds are very apparent. The older sections especially need to be power washed to clean them up. I know the Parkway is a state road but let this issue not become a deterioration so our city become a Detroit. Pigeon dropping alone can become a health hazard.

Please contact the state to get this mess cleaned up.

The sidewalk in front of this address has a raised block that is about one inch higher than the adjacent block. It is a trip hazard as I have noticed several senior citizens tripping on the block. Fortunately no one has gotten hurt yet. The walk needs to be fix to eliminate the trip hazard.

This is the second time I have reported this issue. The first time it was closed out, but nothing was done to fix the issue. The green cable box in from of 721 Mathis Drive, Huntsville is damaged. The doors facing the street are bent, won't shut, the locking system is damage, and there is not lock or seal on the doors.. The top of the box is also bent. The cables are exposed. insects and wildlife can move into the box. Small children can access the cables and could get hurt or worst. It looks very much like something you would expect in an abandoned neighborhood. This is another example of the cable companies not be neighborhood friendly. This is an eye sore and the city should force the cable companies to be responsible citizens, as they won't apparently won't do it on their own. Now Huntsville Utilities is digging up the near by water line as water is gushing out of this cable box.

Damaged utility pole - the pole is falling apart. every day I walk by it more and more pieces of it are lying on the ground. With cold weather and moisture it will become weaker and could fall taken out service to the neighborhood.

The pole is located on the north end of the property.

The cable/telephone company box doors are open exposing the electrical cables inside the box. The locks to the door seem or appear to be in disrepair, The current condition will allow for easy access for animal or insects to nest in or for individuals to vandalize the cables within the box. Plus it give the neighborhood an unsightly and neglected appearance.

Side Walk is uplifted and is a trip hazard as I found it by tripping on it. Fortunately I am still agile and caught my balance.

The sidewalk sections between these two houses are uneven and cracked. Some are so uneven that they are a trip hazard.

This address is a corner house and has two telephone poles in the front yard. One was hit by a truck and is crack in about half. It appears that Huntsville Utilities has replace the pole with a newer one and transferred the power line. The telephone/cable companies have not transferred there lines to the new one. The old pole is leaning into the street. Not does only look tacky, but it detracts from the neighborhood. Please do what you can to have the damaged pole replaced.

A crack has developed across the width of the sidewalk that is fast approaching 1" in diameter. i am concerned someone is going to catch a heel in it or it will cause one part or the other to raise thus becoming a trip hazard.
