    The square pad around the man hole covers at 230 and 300 W Spalding Dr are sticking up so far out of the road the pose a threat of tire damage to vehicles that drive over them. People routinely drive in the bike lane on either side so as to avoid driving over them.

    Suggest adding dotted line guiding traffic across the intersection for traffic heading Eastbound on Johnson Ferry Rd crossing Sandy Springs Circle. The new median on Johnson Ferry Rd on the East side of that intersection being offset, with a shift of the travel lane to the right is unexpected and I've seen several cars either swerve at the last second to avoid the median or actually drive up onto it or over it. You can already see visible marks on the median that show this.
