Highly raised reflectors on lane heading south are very dangerous for cyclists. Ironically the reflectors spell "slow" but because they are not in a straight line, its really easy to have your front wheel knocked out. They are also spread a fair way across the lane so its difficult to avoid. At the very least a "cycle hazard" sign should be put up and ideally a more cycle safe slowdown such as a speed bump / traffic island would be best to replace the current reflectors.
