    Bayo Vista Ave & Harrison St Oakland, CA, 94611, USA - Grand Lake
    The section of Bayo Vista between Oakland and Harrison is extremely dangerous for pedestrians. Fast-moving cars from Oakland are coming in from both directions, and often merging across the two lanes. If this were a highway it'd be called a "weaving" section. Because the cars are traveling quickly coming off of Oakland, and looking over their shoulders to merge across lanes, it is very dangerous to be a pedestrian in this area of Bayo Vista. In addition, cars coming northbound on Bayo Vista do not have a stop sign, and often go very fast - there should be a stop sign. Also the island at Bayo Vista and Harrison partially blocks the driver's line of sight to see pedestrians in the crosswalk at Harrison and Bayo Vista.
    In general, this is a very dangerous area for pedestrians as well as cars and I can only imagine there have been many accidents around here. There is probably not much you can do as a "quick build" but please include this area in your long-term capital planning. Thank you.

    The signal phasing at Boylston and Tremont is SERIOUSLY messed up! Pedestrians suddenly are NEVER getting the walk signal to cross Boylston! This is a serious safety hazard, everyone's just dashing across.
