    There is a collection of garbage bags that have been sitting at the corner of 27th and Fruitvale for a couple of days now. They are located directly below the street sign.

    So about 2 months ago a Christmas tree was dumped here. It was reported once a couple weeks back but its still here :-(
    Since then more objects have accumulated; parts of a computer and I saw toys there today. Its on Lynde at Fruitvale.
