    Once again Anna's Tacqueria has 5:40am pickup of their recycling. Doesn't the law say no work between 7pm and 7am? Why do I have to be awoken at this hour?

    The dumpsters behind Anna's taqueria and Namaskar are being emptied at random hours before 7am. Today garbage was at 6:30 and 6:45 (two trucks). Last week they came as early as 5:30 twice. Decibels levels up to 85 are recorded in my home, windows shut. The house vibrates and rattles and sleep is not possible.
