The pedestrian crosswalk buttons have still not been functioning.

Street light out in a very dark cul-de-sac

The lights on fourth Street south east to be perfectly times to make it all the way from 5th Ave., North through the intersection at six Avenue South. Ever since the highway ramp was put in, which I love, the light at 6th Ave., South heading south seems to be out of sync.

This light used to be in synchronization with all the other southbound lights on fourth Street. Now you make it through all of downtown as you used to, but you get stuck heading south at this light. Not sure if it can be put back the way it was because it seem to happen after the new highway on ramp was put in a while ago.

The buttons for this crosswalk are continually out. But now people are trained to push them and walk. But if that happens and the lights don't go off… Which is what's happening now cars don't know to stop. This needs to either be removed completely or permanently fixed before someone gets killed.

Lights are out on Central about four in a row on the southside

Coquina key Park seems to be falling into disrepair. The trails have lost most of their crushed shell and many trees and branches have crept into the pathways. Most of the palms look like they haven't been trimmed in years. If we want to Tina Key property values to continue to move up the city needs to show that it's investing in the park that supports the area. Families with kids especially look at this as well as schools when they're trying to decide where to move.

The crosswalk signal from the east side of first Street is not functioning. It does function from the sundial side. It needs to get fixed before someone gets hit by a car. People are used to thinking it works, but even when it does cars don't always see it because it's not something people grow up used to seeing

This looks like storm water run out going beneath the curb causing road erosion. There is a 1 foot deep hole that goes straight down with about 8 inches of a diameter. Definitely a tripping hazard or problem for somebody that doesn't see it.

Possible pedestrian issue. There are 4 squares of sidewalk with cracks. Two of them are adjacent to the water main on 550 and 562 Lewis.

The entire road as well as some Lewis BLVD SE is in need of repaving. Very bumpy old overlapping layers of asphalt the don't meet the curb evenly. Lots of areas where there's a 2 inch difference between height of the road stormwater gutter curbs.
