I am tired of this can/chair/ball/water can/ soccer barriers etc issue with blocking spaces!...this area on this street and around on Argyle is so bad...today not everyone went to work but there are already cans/chairs etc out.
My son was verbally assaulted last year with a threat to hurt him and the car if he didnt move his car from a space that had a can he moved.
The police came and did nothing as he knew the guy in questions...BIG help.
I think this whole area should be tagged with threats of fines and articles moved to the sidewalk...maybe that will stop people.
one person has a 2 car driveway and is saving spot for someone with his garbage can...garbage day is tomorrow (tuesday night)...everyone will have it in their spaces for sure when they go to work...I was told by the police that garbage, even on garbage days is not to be placed in the street., yet he asked me if it was garbage day that night last year...as if that makes difference to whether he took or moved the cans away, he didnt!! very contradictory statements he made...Im done with this or I'm filing direct to the top. when will something be done permanently?? .The officials i know in the town have told me to keep complaining and keep going higher...do I really need to be doing this?
cops come down this street and see everything and do nothing....sad town.
