    819 South Fourth Street Hartsville, South Carolina - Hartsville
    When you cross the railroad tracks on Fourth street heading South, the first entrance/exit to lowes is there and people are turning there holding up traffic although theres a NO TURN sign. Its very dangerous because people get stuck over the railroad tracks. I have complained before and the sign was put up but people apparently are not seeing the sign or simply ignoring it. This needs to be handled before someone is injured.

    this section of road between 4th and 5th street is really ruff and full of potholes. Also, this road is very uneven.

    when you push the button for the cross walk signal to come on and the light changes, the hand signal does not come up, making it unsafe to cross.
