    In the morning the light for traffic turning left onto Lebanon Rd is over 2 minutes long. Way too long and it builds up a long line of traffic. Add to that there's only 1 turning lane and you get a mess.

    Every single morning I nearly get hit coming out of my apartment complex (Canyon Ridge). Traffic coming out of the hospital refuses to yield to apartment traffic which also has a green light. I've even been honked at and nearly hit by an ambulance (not on a call, no lights on) who failed to yield.

    If we're going straight (into the hospital) or turning right onto Central Pike, we have the right of way over the hospital traffic turning left across traffic onto Central Pike.

    A sign needs to be placed at that light making it clear to hospital traffic that they do NOT have the right of way.
