    Traffic light on pole is rotated so that lamps from North St are facing Park St traffic and they see both red and green lights at once. Pole is on NW corner of intersection.

    At the intersection of Pine and Lakeside, the light has no delay between the yellow-red transition on Pine St and the red-green transition on Lakeside Ave. When cars on Pine go through as the yellow is changing to red, the light is already green on Lakeside, so you always have to look before pulling out when it turns green. Other lights seem to have a short delay between the red in one direction and the green in another.
