    Someone dumped three large pieces of furniture in Davenport Alley (between 14th and 15th Street in the 100 south block). Probably a tenant moving out.

    Huge frozen piles of snow are blocking the crosswalks. Business owners have been vigilant and obeyed the city's laws to clear the sidewalks, only to have the city block the crosswalks with frozen piles of snow. A business owner would be fined ... When we these be cleared???
