City removed majority of fallen limb downed in last storm but left this piece behind.

Street sweeping: sweeper is currently doing Ocean Ave. According to the schedule, we are zone 3 and scheduled for Sept 26th.
Cars were not moved as this was not our scheduled date, so sweeping pretty ineffective.

We will still be swept Sept 26th per schedule, correct?

How does one legally dispose of an area rug in Salem without paying $100 or more?

Whom do I contact to find out exactly what work the city did on the water/sewer line in front of my house? Work was done Tuesday in front of 58 Ocean Ave. It had an immediate and continuing negative effect on my homes water.

Recycling was not picked up on Saturday December 26th.
Trash was picked up.

My recycling bin is completely full.
Will this be picked up today? I will leave it out.

My recycling was picked up but my trash was not.

Also a sticker was left on my recycling that they had to be left 2 feet from any car/pole.

My street has cars parked end-to-end pretty much all the time. This was the case when I put them out. I placed them in the widest space available.
Most likely there will be cars parked along the street every trash day.
Where, exactly, and I suppose to place them?

In addition, after emptying the recycling they left the container in the street, not back on the sidewalk.

Will my trash be picked up tomorrow?

Large hole left after city removed tree a few years ago. Never filled.
I opened a report here 1/31/15 which was closed as repaired 3/5/15. It was not repaired and continues to grow.
The handicap sign is basically just stuck in dirt and is loose and falling over.
It is quickly eating into the sidewalk and makes parking difficult.
Please repair. Thank you.

Two couches and a table have been sitting on the side of the street in front of the car lot for a few weeks.

Traffic lights not working.
The lights in the middle of the intersection of Loring Ave and Lafayette St are out.
These are the lights facing you coming from Marblehead. The signals to the right work, but the signals to the left, including the left turn arrow, are all out.

Ocean Ave is currently on the no parking either side list. I have been following the rules and not parking in my designated on street handicap parking spot. Others are parking on Ocean Ave.
Being one who follows the rules, Sunday night I parked on Lafayette St.
Today I went to get my car, it had been towed due to snow clearing I was not aware of.
It is difficult for me to walk in the snow/ice, so I did not check my car on Monday. I guess they put up signs then, but I was not aware of it.
As a disabled person living alone, these past few weeks have been quite difficult.
I followed the rules. Parked where it was legal. I was towed.
If I had illegally parked in front of my house, as everyone else is doing, I would have been ok.
Now I have to figure out how to get to Bills Towing, decide if I should use my electic bill money, oil money, or food money to pay to get my car.

I did what I was suppose to do.
I guess no good deed goes unpunished.

Frustrated beyond belief.

Is there a way to appeal this towing fine? I truly don't know what I'm going to do.

I am disabled and need assistance with shoveling and clearing my handicap parking space.
I have tried to keep up with it but I am having difficulty.
Is there low cost or any services available to assist me in clearing the snow?
