  • 6017 Patterson Ave. Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
Bushes and ivy have been allowed to grow across the sidewalk, making it nearly impossible to walk in that area. Tenant does not seem to notice.
  • 5913 Kensington Ave. Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
Vacant house in the center of a well-kept block of homes. Tall grass in front was mowed by a neighbor who "gave up." The backyard is a mess -- tall grass and tree limbs. Owner shows no interest in maintenance.

800 Henri Road Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
Numerous large potholes along this small stretch of road (usually called Henri Street, although your mapping system insists that it is Henri Road). It is the section adjacent to the baseball field at St. Christopher's School.

  • 5914 Kensington Avenue Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
Load of leaves STILL needs pickup as they fell after the local pickup in Fall 2016. Piles in front of 5914 and across from that address. No one parks in front of those houses, so pickup will be easy.

Patterson Ave. At Algoma Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
As a result of some digging (water line repair?) on Algoma St., a bi pile of sandy red mud was deposited in the street at Patterson Ave. and Algoma St. Most of the mud has washed into the gutter, but it is stuck at the crosswalk and is obstructing the handicapped curb cut (ramp). It is a mess that needs to be cleaned up.

  • 6107 Patterson Ave Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt

  • 1000 Block Of Maple Ave. Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
As happens every summer, weedy trees are growing through the fence of the city-owned ballpark at the corner of Patterson and Maple. Some are on the Maple Ave. side, other on Patterson. Why can't the city buy some weed killer to spray on the roots so I don't have to report this every year? At a minimum, PLEASE cut them down.

901 Henri Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
I have previously reported that a street sewer has a bunch of garbage and leaves built up in it. When we have a heavy rain the sewer overflows and swamps the corner of Henri and Kensington, and garbage (plastic bags and bottles) float out. Can it PLEASE be cleaned out?

Maple Ave. At Christopher Lane Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
Yellow "diamond" signs that once stood in the middle of the recently installed "traffic circle" were mowed down by some (large?) vehicle last weekend. These signs are intended to prevent cars from hitting the tree in the middle of "traffic circle," and/or hitting the elevated pavement. Need to be re-erected.

Maple Avenue At Guthrie Ave. Richmond, Virginia - Three Chopt
The surface of the street pavement at the northeast corner of Maple Ave. and Guthrie Ave. is breaking off, right next to a fire hydrant. This is the result of heavy traffic over this edge of the road because of the recently installed "traffic circle." Cars are forced to drive nearly on the edge of the road, and now that edge is cracking off.
