  • Newport Ave And Beale St Quincy, MA - Quincy

The pedestrian "walk signal" at Newport Ave and Beale St is not working properly. When you press the walk signal the visual walk sign does not work in all directions, the audible beep does work. with the visual sign not working it is confusing to both pedestrians crossing the street and vehicles taking a legal right on red onto Beale St heading to Wollaston and the vehicles taking an illegal right on red in the other directions.

    thanks

Now that the majority of the streets are plowed and schools are open. I ask that the city clear the snow from all of the sidewalks, crosswalks, crosswalk signal buttons and curb access ramps throughout the city. You built them, you have the machinery and anpower to do the job. Please make all of Quincys sidewalks and crosswalks usable for Students, Commuters and handicap accessable.
  • Commonwealth Ave Woburn, MA - Woburn
The side walk on Commonwealth Ave from Anderson Train Station to Chipole is not accessable in any way forcing foot traffic onto Commonwealth Ave. The crosswalk at Commonwealth Ave is completely covered with piles of Snow making both the crosswalk and the push button to cross the street Unusable forcing an unavoidably dangerous crossing of Commonwealth Ave. The city has done a decent job keeping up with the access this winter but it seems that this week the area was overlooked. When doea the city plan on clearing the side walk and crosswalk on Commonwealth Ave? thanks

What are the cities plans to remove snow from the inaccesable crosswalks at Newport Have and Beale St and clear the sidewalks on Newport Have from Beale St southward? I witnessed a child of about 12-13 missed by inches from getting hit bya car going at least 50mph walking down Newport Ave. in the street because the sidewalk was not an option for her.
  • Commerce Way Woburn, Massachusetts - Woburn
Hello. I would like to know if snow removal on the side walks on both sides of Commerce Way is on the cities to do list. I take the commuter rail from Boston daily to work and I walk from Anderson Station to Commonwealth Ave the past two days have been very intense making this walk without being able to access the sidewalks and crosswalk at Target. Plese let me know when the city plans to make Commerce Way walkable. Thank you
