There is an open dumpster without an enclosure sitting on the grounds at the Grove St./Summer St. entrance. This is a clear, blatant violation of the dumpster ordinance. It also contributes to the spreading of trash in the area, blowing out of the dumpster!

In the culvert that flows between Blanchard's Liquors and the Texas Roadhouse, there is an enormous number of plastic trash bags along with other debris. This may be the responsibility of Westgate Mall jointly with the city but it is a disgrace! In general. the perimeter of the mall should be cleaned regularly by the mall management!

At the intersection with Manley street there is a sign for a Montessori school no longer open. There are also several damaged signposts standing empty and a few on the ground. It detracts from the area's open businesses and should be removed. I am not sure of the categories which apply here, but it's a mess.
