The red (stop) lamp (bulb) is non-functional (assuming burned out) on northbound inside lane of Classen at NW 23rd. All other signal lamps appear to be functioning properly.

Service panel removed from 220v street light on public sidewalk with high pedestrian count and children regularly in vicinity. This open splice is an immediate and pressing public safety hazard.

Sidewalk is sinking and causes extreme trip hazard at seam, which is in high-traffic pedestrian area with many nighttime users who are unfamiliar with neoghborhood. Significant safety issue.

Broken/collapsing sidewalk presents safety issue for pedestrians

This area is constantly wet, even after long periods of dry weather. Multiple patches in asphalt indicate multiple repairs needed. Does not seem to be from landscape irrigation, as no operable irrigation adjacent plus would be downhill from wet spot. I believe this indicates leak in water system (water main?) which could cause major failure of road surface and/or water supply in Bricktown.

There is a hole in the street on Aloft (eastbound) side of street across from Urban Johnnie. Hole appears to be where maybe a pipe was. Now presents walking hazard and when peering into hole looks like road surface may have been undercut by water, creating potential for small street collapse or small sinkhole.
