    Suspicious activity at Summit St. and Howard St. where vehicles wait to meet a young man on a yellow ATV where they follow each other to Grand Ave. and Russell Street to Exchange "something". Unfortunately the police are limited what they can do. My advice….stand up for your neighborhood and be annoying to those trying to bring it down. Let them know they're being watched, take a photo if possible.Their already paranoid, make them go somewhere else to meet the kid on the ATV. I feel for those good neighbors that have to put up with the bad apple that exist. He's annoyed us with his violations on his ATV for years, now he's annoying us with transactions with outsiders. What's next?

    Summit St. street wasn't plowed as of 5pm on Sunday Feb. 10th, so the neighbors got together with a couple of Snowplows, several snowblowers and numerous snow shovels. We managed to clear a lane from the dead end to East Grand Avenue. Now we could use to widen the street and get some sand / salt on the hill section . We're hoping public works doesn't neglect us based on what we did and assuming we're all set.
