    Almost every day, this person, in addition to displaying disgusting graphic pictures which children see before to go to school, harasses pedestrians, who are passing by.
    I asked him not to talk to me but he does everyday.

    I do not understand why we protect our children from inappropriate contents on TV or online, and we allow them to see even worse contents on the streets?
    Sounds illogical and a paradox to me.

    Can we forbid this person to not publish such disturbing contents and stop him from harassing pedestrians?

    Every morning, around 7:30AM, an old model of red Honda Civic with license plate WHY, speeding and racing dangerously on Whitney Avenue, to the point that you hear tires start to make noise, and he almost lost control when passing cars a few days ago. Worry, someday, he is going to lose control and hit a pedestrian crossing the street or on sidewalk.

    There is no button for pedestrian crossing.

    It is one of the most dangerous crossing where drivers usually forcing their ways in denying pedestrians Eight of Way.

    Would be much safer with No Turn Right on Red Light + Pedestrian buttons, and having it enforced.

    This crossing is one of the most dangerous in New Haven City, and it is just a matter of time before a car hit a pedestrian.
    Drivers push and do not respect traffic red lights or pedestrian right of way.
    Police should enforce this crossing or City of New Haven could add one of this traffic camera to ticket automatically and electronically disrespectful drivers.
    If the City of New Haven really care about pedestrians’ safety it should act now before it is too late.
    Tired of being a daily target to agressive drivers who get away with everything.
