    I am our HOA President and we just had our annual meeting. Several people complained about how fast people are coming down the hill on Brandon Mill from Darlrimple as they approach North Mill. They are crossing over the yellow line making it dangerous for people in the left hand turning lane trying to turn onto North Mill. We are not sure what can be done but it's a problem.
