Detres Fields

Dear Sir/Madam....I recently bought property located at the above address. There are no street lights located in that block where the house is located. Street lights are located in the blocks before, after, and surrounding the area but none are in the block I've identified above. I contacted Georgia Powers (thinking the problem/solution) could be resolved with them only but was told that this was a local problem that needed to be addressed via your office to them. There is a dire need for lightings in this area. Please advise.
