Parking ban disregarded, plowing compromised. With the city not enforcing the parking ban cars were parked in the odd side of the street making it impossible for a full size plow to come through. The result is we have a 6' wide path to drive down. We can do better! Please do your job in clearing the vehicles. Everyone know that New Haven knows how to tow!
