Autos are entering the parking lot to bypass street repair and speeding in the parking lot to go from Dairy Ashford to go East on Westpark, endangering preschool students at day care. Police need to issue warnings to drivers illegally avoiding the intersection.

Trash piling up behind residence. Tenants refuse to remove and landlord will not accept responsibility .

Residents have not put out trash in past 5 weeks. Call to tenants and owners have been fruitless. Trash bags are accumulating at their garage door creating health hazard.

Trash cans left on street, residents not complying with solid waste rules about recycling and placement of trash cans.

Home Depot has converted their fire lane into a loading zone.

Owner tried to poor concrete last night at 1 am, called police, he hadn't gotten a permit to cause construction noise after hours. There were 30 men, pumping truck and several cement mixers at the property causing noise and they had light bars lighting the property causing us to lose sleep.
