    The bike trail by Citrus is always trashed.
    It is used for vehicles to pull up to the rear.
    Need vehicle barriers.

    Storm drain and street at canal on south side of Lynnhaven Drive is filled with the aggregate placed around the drain. Request cleaning out the drain and street. Also request replacing or covering this material to keep it from recurring.
    I called this problem in a few weeks ago and no action.

    2900-2910 Cape Henry Drive Virginia Beach, Virginia - Northeast
    The Cape Henry Trail bike path between Ebb Tide and W. Great Neck Road along the north side of Cape Henry Drive is turning into a dirt road due to vehicle traffic to the rear entrance of Citrus restaurant. Rear entrance is only accessible through the bike trail. Service vehicles and patrons park on the small strip along Cape Henry Drive.
    Traffic barrier needed to keep vehicles off of the bike path.
