I just fell trying to shovel a path to myheating oil intake but I can't finish it. My neighbor pulled me out of a snowdrift. I'm hoping to get this done before the rains make it a lot heavier. I'm not supposed to shovel because I'm recovering from a stroke, but I don't know what else to do. The oil intake valve is on the right side of the front of the house, by the white downspout. It's halfway shoveled from the top surface to the ground--probably no more than 20 feet long and 1-2 feet high left to go. Also, the opening at the end of my driveway needs to be widened so a car can turn into the driveway from the street (driveway is on Wachusett St. side of house[left side]).

Same areas as before, with a couple of additional requests. Yesterday a friend shoveled out the spot at the end of my driveway, the path to my back door, and one of my front walks again. This morning my Occupational Therapist called to say she could't pull into the driveway because the city had plowed in front of it (during the night?), and she couldn't get her car over the hump to pull into my driveway, so she left. She's coming back to try again tomorrow at 10 a.m. I also have a physical therapist coming at 2 p.m on Wed (tomorrow). I called the city this morning and explained -- they said they'd send someone to open up the driveway. Now they are saying they left a msg with DPW asking them to fix it, but they have no idea when that will happen. They also told me to call the disabilities commission, which I also did this morning, and they said they'd follow up on it (knowing my time crunch), but I just checked back with them, and they don't know anything more since I spoke with them this morning. I'm also concerned about opening up access to where the oil dealer fills my oil tank. It's in the front of my house underneath my dining room window (to the right of my front door). A path had been shoveled there before--you can still see the recess of where it was, but it's almost entirely filled in again. Help would be appreciated. Thank you kind people!

Still recovering from stroke. Need front front shoveled for mail delivery, and a parking spot in my driveway+ path to my back door for therapists & for me to get to medical tranportation (The Ride, etc). A friend shoveled all of these areas yesterday, but it has snowed some inches since then, and my first therapist today already called to say she couldn't parl at the bottom of my driveway, because the city plowed my driveway shut again. Thanks in advance.

I'm unable to shovel snow due to a recent stroke. The post office will not deliver mail if the frontwalk to my front door is not shoveled. Also, my therapists need enough space at the bottom of my driveway (accessed via my driveway on Wachusett St). to park a single car and a path shoveled from there to my back door, which is how they enter the house to provide treatment. I also need to enter and exit from the same back door (with my walker and cane) to take 'The Ride' to outpatient medical appts. Thanks to anyone who can help! Sorry, my thinking process is a little foggy, I'm slightly confused about how to use this website correctly: Should I post a separate request like this after each storm? - Thanks everyone, Craig
