Broken windows on empty building. Also has overgrown weeds, trash, and graffiti. They can be seen from 80th Avenue and 81st Avenue. The building is across from Encompass and Acorn Elementary Schools.

Trash, mattress, weeds on abandoned property. Located across from Acorn and Encompass Elementary Schools and 81st Ave Library. There is no address number posted, just a fence.

Blight: graffiti, trash, broken windows, pigeons flying inside...this building lowers property values and quality of life for all of us who live near it.

Rudsdale building owners holding a community meeting tomorrow, 12/28, 6:30.

I reported this in mid-2015 and January this year. There is a note that it was "addressed" in May 2016 by Oakland Code Enforcement, but it was never fixed at all. The same graffiti has been there—and code enforcement has known about it—for one and a half years. This building is a constant problem. The building owners are holding a "neighborhood community meeting" at 6:30 Wednesday December 27, 2016. I got a flyer about it on my car. There's no phone number and it doesn't say what it's about, but I plan to attend and see what their up to.
