Portable road sign trailer on highway has blown into traffic, so it is blocking 3 lanes instead of 1. Urgent fix required.

This water fountains on the mall towards being Vietnam War Memorial is running constantly and will not shut off. Thought the city would want to save water and replace the valve.

A tree in this location was removed by the city a couple of months ago. I would like to request a replacement tree be planted. If we are able to request a variety of tree, I would suggest an oak or a maple to go along with other trees in the area. Thank you! :-)

A large branch, 8 feet or so, has fallen off of a tree at this location. More of the tree appears to be dead or dying. Tree should be inspected, fallen branch should be removed.

Provide Water pipe leak. The section of road at the intersection of fourth and T street north east has a large crack or pothole in the road. This has been repaired many times. There is always water in this area around the crack, even when there has been no rain. I believe there is a water utility leak under the road that is causing this crack and causing the water to seep through the pavement from underneath.

After the new painting of straight lines on 19th Street NE, there is a section where cars are parked on the right side of the road where only one lane of the road exists. Either this was a problem at painting, or more likely a lack of "no parking" signs that need to be set up on the right side of the road.
  • 226-250 Florida Ave Ne Washington, D.C., District of Columbia - Eckington
The new stop light that has gone in at the new Elevation apartment complex on Florida Ave is severely out of sync with the others in this line. Traffic backs up everyday at all times. It should be investigated to put this in sync with traffic flowing at least in one direction. Presumably towards New York Avenue which be ideal. The other way seems to flow reasonably well at some times.

Several of the gutters at the intersection of 19th and Massachusetts Avenue Southeast were overflowing after today's downpour. There was standing water several feet into the road and I am unsure if that is simply due to the water quantity, or if there is a significant clog in the gutters.
