    During the winter, there is a real need for parking to be allowed on only one side of the street. I just witnessed two Waste Management trucks unable to get down our street because of people parking opposite each other on both sides, not leaving enough room for large vehicles like these or fire trucks to get down, which is obviously a concern. Can this be changed??

    Essex St. between Summer and Washington is in really bad shape, very bumpy and rough. Was told a few years ago that this was on the paving list, but it still has not been done, and is a highly used road. Please advise when this will be paved. Thank you.

    Does the city plan to repave this stretch of Essex St. between Summer St. and Washington? It keeps getting patched, but rather than improving the situation, it makes it worse. This is a highly used road and needs a full repaving!

    Every year a sinkhole is created in our sidewalk where a pipe runs out to the street. It is bigger this year, and seems to be creating an adjoining depression in our driveway, a big problem in the future. Could you please fill this hole in again, but in a way that will prevent it from happening and getting bigger every year? Thank you!

    If on Washington, turning right onto Bridge St. towards Beverly, at the light in the right lane there is some type of hole, maybe holes created around a manhole? Every time I go to take a right there I hit some type of rough bump that needs to be taken care of.

    Not sure why it has changed, but the green light at the intersection of Bridge and Washington Streets if you're heading towards Beverly is way too short, especially during 5:00 rush hour. It used to let at least 15 cars through before, and now I count about 7 cars if you're lucky getting through. This creates a lot of backup of cars on Bridge St. during a heavily congested time, creating gridlock on a very heavily used road. Please extend the time during the green light!!
