    3807 Moss Side Ave Richmond, Virginia - Ginter Park
    The sidewalk on the east side of Moss Side Ave between Laburnum and North and the sidewalk on North between Moss Side and Montrose is in serious disrepair. Some of it is overgrown, other sections are broken, some sections have been shoddily repaired, other sections are upheaved. A disabled, wheelchair-bound woman who lives at 3807 Moss Side is prevented from accessing the GRTC stop on North Ave. There are also literally hundreds of people who walk in the street on Moss Side to access the bus stop and the corner store, and they all walk in the street, which is very dangerous, instead of walking on the sidewalks. This is a public safety issue and handicap accessibility issue.

    There is a large amount of gravel and dust sitting in the turn which is particularly dangerous for bike riders turning left onto Riverside Drive from Southampton. I crashed because I was making that exact turn and was forced to the outside of the intersection because of a stopped car that was loading passengers, something that commonly happens in that area.
