The tree company will not come back and at least make it a stump because Walnut Creek doesn't see it as a public hazard. Does anyone know how fast Lakewood drivers drive. Gee hope no one wrecks into this "stump"

They are waiting for someome from Walnut Creek to tell them to remove this tree. Please help before someone gets hurt.
