The Code officer left a note for the residents reminding them of their actual trash day as well as letting them know they need to pick up the garbage on the street. The officer will follow up on this later this week to be sure the trash can and garbage has been removed.

This issue is closing. Our Streets and Drainage Division have done some work on fixing potholes in this area. They are anticipating more road work being done to this area of Rock Prairie later this fall. This will take care of some of the potholes and other issues on this stretch of road.

We checked with the Parks Department and they told us that during these last few months of very cold weather, they typically turned off the water foutains at the parks to keep from having water leaks or broken pipes. The Code Officer for this area has investigated this same issue with possibly more than four occupants, at this address on 1/24/14 and 9/6/13. Th officer found that there were only four people on the lease at this property. The officer has spoken with the property owner regarding these concerns and has received a copy of the lease showing four residents. The code officer has also spoken with the residents and owner about the parking in general, and parking in the yard, and will do so again.
Our Traffic Systems Superintendent looked into this one and its belongs to TXDOT. With the construction in the area, it may take a while to get this issue fixed. Our Traffic Systems Superintendent has contacted the TXDOT project manager for this area about this signal, as they have received other reports about it malfunctioning. As soon as we have any information from TXDOT on when or how this issue will be resolved, we will post it here.
This issue is now closing. Do Not Enter and No Left Turn Signs were put up on this past Friday, 2/14/14. CSPD is aware of the signage and will monitor the area for violators. Now that the signage has been put up, citations can be given to violators. Thank you for reporting this issue.

The Code Officer for this area went out this morning and left tags on all of the garbage cans letting the residents know when their cans are supposed to be put out. The officer will follow up this week after after garbage pick up to see which homes still have their cans out.

An officer will be sent out to look into the issue at that time. We will also contact the police beat officers for that area and let them know this is happening so that they can be on the look out for this as they patrol the area.
