Non-functioning Traffic Lights ArchivedHermitage Ave & Bellevue Rd. Richmond, Virginia - BellevueThe crosswalk lights give the flashing hand and count down, then switch back to the walk signal. It cycles like that over an over before finally letting the stoplight change. I'm not sure if it's supposed to do that, but I can't see any reason for it. Since I can't turn right on that red light, I sometimes just have to turn around and take an alternate route -- thinking that the light might never change.

Multiple Potholes Archived600-714 N Sheppard St Richmond, Virginia - The Museum DistrictThe street along the 600 and 700 blocks of N Sheppard St are in serious disrepair -- multiple potholes and cracks in the pavement. I have been hopeful that with all of the paving going on in the area that this area would be included, but no luck so far. Patterson and Park right here could use some attention, too. None of the problems are dangerous, but certainly worse than the streets that have been getting paved.
