Parkers violate the yellow curb no parking area to each side of the rear parking lot driveway making for horribly dangerous visibility when leaving the lot. Last night there was a serious accident with injury due to failure to enforce this safety zone. Danger is exacerbated by people speeding south from the Munson Street intersection.

Instead, it has been malfunctioning for months as a flashing red. Traffic ignores it and drives right through, training drivers to ignore flashing red lights and not stop. This is dangerous. 401-421 Forbes Ave New Haven, CT - AnnexGas station at Woodward and Forbes has pumps located close to Forbes Avenue. Vehicles cannot easily get into station and back up onto Forbes Avenue creating havoc and dangerous situations during rush hour. Sure to be an accident eventually.
