    the sidewalk in front of my house needs to be repaired. I need to know if the trees in front of my house are city trees. I have called a number of city offices, and reported this to my supervisor Dan Kalb who said I need to go through 311. So here I am. Can you tell me if the trees in front of my house are city trees?

    3 cars without license plates are parked on 61st street near Adeline. They have been there for weeks.
    There are between 10-15 cars in our neighborhood and any given time without license plates. It seems parking enforcement must be involved as the cars are never ticketed.

    There are between 10-15 cars parked on Adeline between 61st and 62nd without license plates at any one time. The cars are there between 1-3 weeks then move on. Not sure what is happening or if a business is being run on the street but seems that it's not really legal to park unlicensed cars for weeks on end. There seems to be a man in charge of the cars that come and go. He drives a large van and parks at Driver Plaza most days of the week. Is this something the city is aware of or cares about? it's a pain for people without driveways who have to compete for street parking.

    There is supposed to be street cleaning on the west side of 61st Street between MLK and Adeline the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. That would have been today (Aug. 28) but no street cleaner showed up. In fact, I don't think we have had street cleaning for at least a month and a half. Is there a problem or has street cleaning stopped on 61st Street?

    Everyday of the week people gather in Driver Plaza at 61st and Adeline to drink and hang out. And everyday of the week one of the regulars (ed) brings his dog who barks all day long. Ed arrives at 7 a.m. every morning, including weekends, and stays until around 8 p.m. The dog barks throughout the day. I have called public nuisance number, animal control, oakland pd non-emergency, but it seems nothing can be done. I have become numb to the other illegal activity that goes on at Driver Plaza but the continuous dog barking is unbearable. If this was a neighbor something would be done - but since the problem is coming from the plaza "regulars" we are forced to endure this constant assault. Is there any other avenues to try to stop the dog barking?!

    Driver Park drunken mayhem starting at 7am on weekends these days. Yelling men, barking dogs - it's just too much. I've tried talking to them about this but they are drunk and get in my face. Something needs to change. It's been going on for too long.

    My car was broken into in my driveway between 10pm and 5am this morning. Everything was stolen out of my trunk and car including packages that were to be returned to stores - boots, clothes, jewery. This was the second time in 1 week that my car was broken into while parked in my driveway. I have filed a report online with the Oakland Police Department.

    Driver Plaza, a little median strip across the street from my house, is filled with people drinking morning to night, playing loud music most days and generally creating a very unfriendly element in my neighborhood. Because it is located directly across the street from Stanford LIquors, people use it as a public bar and toilet. It would be great if the noise and loitering would stop. The blaring music from morning to night makes it difficult to work from home or do much of anything!
