    During the cleanup to get ready for their moning event Growing Hope carefully swept the trash from the front of their building into the street and gutter and left it there. This wasn't a one time event, they do this every week. This trash will enter the storm drains and is dumped straight into the Huron River polluting our water ways and harming aquatic animals or it clogs the storm drains requiring expensive and time consuming clean-out and repairs by the City.

    As an environmental sustainability organization (It's in their mission and values statement), Growing Hope staff and Executive Director should know better. They along with their community partners stepped right over the trash during their event this morning and long after everyone left, the trash remains. #nothelping #notsafe #notypsi

    Brush and trash in the street. It has been there for weeks if not months. It appears someone from the city dropped.off an orange barrel so that no one would hit the debris pile. Or maybe it was a neighbor. The orange barrel is helpful but it would be even more helpful if the brush and trash AND the orange barrel were gone.

    These inspection holes were dug by YCUA or MichCon gas during the winter and we're temporary patch and there were to come back and do a hot patch repair the next summer. That was 6 years ago. The cold patches are failing and eventually the rest of the asphalt will fail as well. Please have them come back and finish this project. There are at least two if not three inspection holes about 18 in by 18 inches.
