  • High St & Main St Town of Brattleboro, VT, 05301, USA - Brattleboro
Every time it rains or snows, a huge, ankle-deep puddle forms spanning the crosswalk on the northwest corner of Main St and High St. This is because the storm drain just to the north of the crosswalk is set several inches higher than the beginning of the crosswalk. It needs to be re-engineered either by raising the crosswalk, or relocating the storm drain to the low point in the beginning of the crosswalk.
  • Morgan Street Stamford, Connecticut - Downtown
The mid-block painted crosswalks on Morgan Street have faded terribly. I nearly got run down in one of them twice by school buses. Which brings up another issue. There is a lot of speeding on Morgan Street between Hoyt St. and Strawberry Hill CT, even the school buses speed. I hear cars and motorcycles rev their engines just after turning onto Morgan Street and peeling up the block. How about installing some speed bump crosswalks? I have seen speed bumps in other neighborhoods. This is a very densely populated street with a lot of children and pedestrians.
  • Corner Of Morgan Street And Hoyt Stree Stamford, Connecticut - Downtown
The street light at the corner of Morgan St and Hoyt St has been out for months. This street light illuminates a crosswalk that is used by many pedestrians who live in nearby apartment buildings, to get downtown. It is a serious safety issue that should be fixed quickly, given the number of pedestrians who are getting hit by cars in Stamford recently.
  • Intersection Of Grove St./Strawberry Hill Ave And Hoyt St. And Prospect St. Stamford, Connecticut - Downtown
Why does the left turn arrow for traffic turning from Grove St./Strawberry Hill Ave. northbound onto Hoyt St. westbound not always come on at the end of the green light cycle? I would say that every 4th or 5th time that I drive through this intersection to turn left onto Hoyt St, the green arrow fails to come on.
  • Hoyt St And Morgan St Stamford, Connecticut - Downtown
The left turn arrow does not come on for cars turning left from Hoyt St. onto Morgan St. at the Rite Aide across from the police station. When heading east on Hoyt St. and the light at Morgan is green, it is impossible to tell if oncoming traffic also has a green light and whether it is safe to make a left turn onto Morgan St. One has to wait to see if oncoming traffic is going to start moving or remain stopped. Please fix this! I have lived on Morgan for 4 years and it has been a problem for at least 4 years.
