I noticed the sidewalks along Blue Ridge to Morningside Drive have been sanded. This place is on the right sidewalk if you are walking towards Blue Ridge in front of the larger townhouses.

EARLY 4AM NOISY TRASH COLLECTION Archived4040 Ed Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - NorthwestI have just moved near this small shopping area off of Ed Drive. Every Thursday morning around 4AM a trash truck is collecting trash from the dumpsters in the shopping area. It is very loud as it wakes my family up each time. Can anything be done about this?
