What we found was actually on Glenn Street, near the intersection with Farmer Street. Looks like children scratched names into the concrete sidewalk. Does not appear to be gang related, to me. I have forwarded the info to the Street Dept and we will attempt to grind out the markings. We do not want to heavilty impact the surface condition of the sidewalk, so we will see what we can do.
