    I believe VDOT cuts the grass in the vacant lot at the Southeast corner of Grayland and McCloy Sts. but no one cuts the grass between the sidewalk and street on the South side of Grayland from there to Nansemond St. There are no houses on that side of the street as it borders the Downtown Expressway. It's an eyesore!
