This area of the road has always been an issue - I reported one when this neighborhood was being built. Now - a drain cover and the surrounding 15-20 feet of road ahead and behind it in the lane heading away from Upton and toward Lago Mar's back entrance is washboards and potholes. It's very unpleasant to drive over and is bumpy and in terrible condition. It has been this way since the neighborhood was added and the road was grated and poorly redone. It needs attention.

The entire stretch of Princess Anne road in the travel lane headed from the General Booth direction toward Sandbridge intersection at Upton is in very bad shape - dozens of potholes and uneven asphalt. This is between General Booth and the new Harris Teeter. It's in need of immediate attention. Multiple issues and areas (probably 15 or more)

The road under the underpass and on the on-ramp AND at the stoplight middle lane area (basically the entire radius the car travels from the turn lane across the road and the initial on-ramp) for I-264 W at First Colonial here is in awful shape... it's all potholes and ridges and needs to be smoothed. It's been terrible for years.

Oriented for driver side of car - not easy to miss and deep pothole. Has been here for a while - second time reporting this issue.

The far right lane approaching the I-64E entrance ramp along West Bay Ave heading away from the military base and toward Granby St is littered with potholes. I can count 2-5 on my daily commute each day. Cars swerve to avoid them during heavy flow traffic times.

To be clear - the potholes are on W Bay Ave in the far right lane - when one is driving AWAY from Naval Station Norfolk's gate and are approaching the right side entrance ramp.

They are mostly in between the apartment complexes and there are 2-5 in total.

There is a HUGE pothole that has been poorly repaired several times at the intersection of W Bay Ave and Monitor Way in the far right lane heading from the military base (when exiting the base yet not on the base) on the far right side of the lane - in the middle of the intersection.

I've included a picture that is now 3 weeks old - the pothole is larger.

These temporary fixes are not helping.

This is the second to third time I have reported this fairly large pothole that is only getting worse. It is located in the far right travel lane for those traveling away from Upton Dr. and toward the General Booth Intersection on Nimmo Pkwy. The pothole is located right beside an existing city drain and can easily be seen. It is not small and as it continues to grow it becomes increasingly difficult to avoid. For another locational reference - it runs a line from the shopping center with the Fire Brew but again, it is on the far right side of the road in the far right lane closest to the city drain. Easy to find - but not easy to miss when driving over.

When exiting from I-264 W onto the Newtown Rd exit (15) I believe - at the intersection at the end of the exit lane there is a light with three lanes - one turns right - the middle goes straight or left and the far left only turns left. The middle lane which goes straight or left has deep divets where both passenger and driver tires travel. I have included a photo. This needs repair. It's nearly impossible to avoid as it is on both sides in the tire tracks and is large.

Previously reported issue # 1551927. Have been told resolved by Dominion Power - is not. Light is still laying broken on the ground.

Three lights back from the intersection of Bells Rd and S Birdneck this light is downed on the right side of the road when traveling North on S Birdneck away from General Booth and toward Owl's Creek Golf Course.

There is a blocked drain in and around the new developments at Mirasol and the newer development up from that one - when it rains the road floods due to this purposely blocked (with orange blocker) drain. Has been left unattended for months and causes cars to swerve or hydroplane when this part of the street floods during heavy rains. This blocked drain is on the right side of Nimmo Pkwy when heading away from Upton and toward Lago Mar / Camino Real.

I'm not sure what the issue is here (and I don't really know if it has anything to do with high tide or rains as I didn't see it until last week) - but I've noticed an extreme amount of flooding heading toward General Booth Blvd. on S. Birdneck Rd. just past the S. Birdneck and Bells Rd. intersection. It's near-ish to a fire hydrant and my location is approximate - not exact - but it's easy to see - the water is spilling over on the right side over the sidewalk and spans about 20 feet in length - it has been this way for a week or so. I see it every day when I drive home.

This pothole is located in far right lane approaching the I-264W ramp on N. Birdneck Rd under the underpass - on right side of far right lane. This is oriented when traveling away from the Virginia Beach Blvd. intersection - toward Laskin and the interstate. It is not yet on the interstate but is located in the lane approaching the ramp under the underpass. Large enough to fit a tire. Needs repair.

3rd light back from intersection of Bells Rd and S. Birdneck (light is along Birdneck) has been knocked down or has fallen over - is completely down and laying on the ground. Approach is coming from the water/motor park and General Booth Blvd.

Rough new pothole at the intersection of Newtown Rd and Ethan Allen Lane (to turn left to McDonald's). In left travel lane - oriented for driver's side of tire. Large enough to fit entire tire when driven over - needs patch.

Large series of potholes/pits in the road at the intersection of Nimmo Pkwy and Newstead Drive heading away from Upton and toward General Booth. These are mostly in the right travel lane but span both lanes near the intersection under and around the light. This is very rough and uneven, I've reported it SEVERAL times and am told it has been addressed but I have yet to see any patches or smoothing here and it continues to get worse.

Currently where Albuquerque Dr. splits off to Rio Rancho there is a by-street that ends at a dead end - this is a slope and not an actual left turn - there is a yield placed on that side street currently but residents simply pull out in front of other cars instead of yielding and Albuquerque Dr. is a main street for this entrance into the neighborhood with a large amount of traffic. This is dangerous and instead of a yield it needs to have a stop sign so those pulling out onto Albuquerque actually look first. I have seen several cars pull out right in front of others almost resulting in an accident. Runners also have almost gotten hit here during summer.

When traveling North on Diamond Springs Rd - at the light at the major intersection between Diamonds Springs Rd. and Northampton Blvd - those going straight continuing on Diamonds Springs toward Shore Dr. have only about 15 seconds to go through the light and have to sit for 5 minutes or more. In the AM when traffic is thick it can take 15 minutes or more for cars that have backed up to go through this light - it needs to be lengthened.

Approaching the intersection - some 20-35 feet away perhaps in the far right travel lane there is a large pothole on the right side of the lane that hits passenger side tires on the car. it's fairly large and has been here for some time - in need of filling.

There is a HUGE pucker in the asphalt in the middle lane heading off Naval Station Norfolk - just outside Gate 4. It is so large that it actually causes a car to lift up - it's like a triangle shaped speed bump in the middle of the travel lane. Easy to find. Has been here for years. Needs fixed. It is pretty violent to drive over and impossible to avoid if there are cars in either of the lanes on left or right.
