    As previously reported, the Campbell School property has a lot of very old oak trees, some of which are rotting. One such tree fell across Stevenson St last night, taking down power on the street, blocked the street, and damaged a telegraph pole. A few months ago, an old oak tree fell into the street on the Essex St side. Instead of waiting for these dangerous situations to occur, could the City please be proactive and cut down the old oak trees on the school property which would also help to clean up the property? Thank you.

    Tree is on the north end on Essex St near Stevenson St and is completely dead. MEMA just published a hurricane preparedness announcement that hazards such as dead trees and limbs should be removed. There are also many dead tree limbs on many trees on the Campbell School property that need attention in the interest of safety. Thank you.

    Terrific job plowing!! Whoever just plowed Stevenson St at 2:25pm Sunday did a fantastic job!! He's driving a white, city pick up truck. Please tell him thank you very much!!! We can nearly see the pavement of our street and its cleared as wide as possible given the conditions. #grateful
