    This alley has a Base that is failing, causing rain water to run through yards. It is so bad that when I had my Home inspected in 2001 they put "Gravel" for surface type on the inspection. We are no different than the homeowners two blocks away that have a new surface!

    This area is heavily used by many people exciting I-65 to access Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, Music Row, Greer Stadium as well as The Fairgrounds. With that being said, it is in need of repair and redesign. It is not a very good welcome mat for people visiting Nashville, nor should it be a regular hang out for panhandlers and the homeless.
