    42 arch St burned in summer 2009, sat unsecured for months, was secured by city, but soon after panelling was removed. Fire again in 2010, now property is covered in debris and regularly used for drug deals and homeless living inside. Who owns it, what can neighbors do, really causing a lot of issues on Arch St. Needs to be torn down ASAP.

    49 arch St has been empty for months, vagrants and vandals have repeatedly kicked the doors in. Bank owner is absentee, not sure how to even get in touch with them. Currently homeless people living inside regularly. Safety hazard as children have free access to interior but house has major lead issues. Help!?
