    Trees on side street between brewery square apartments and bottling works condo's are outgrowing metal cages and the one closest to front street/chapel is in really bad shape. Had an arborist look at it and the recommended it come down as all the decay and rot is dangerous to building/cars/people. It appears to be hollow in the middle. Looking for guidance from the city on how to proceed.

    Still no lights in the park! This is ridiculous. It has been at least 5 years since we have had working lights in the Quinnipiac Park in Fair Haven. This is the city's responsibility, not the condos or the apartment, as the city owns the land! I am tired of hearing excuses and false promises that they are coming soon. We need adequate lighting, trash receptacles, and regular policing of this park, as the darkness attracts drugs, alcohol, and homeless. I refuse allow the city to keep ignoring this problem and jeopardizing the safety of those of us who live and use the park on a regular basis. Please fix this before it becomes a bigger issue.
