This street light has flashed on and off for years. Not long agon the transformer blew and the rods went through a neighbrs window and door almost hitting him. Now the light goes out for extended periods of time leaving our street dark which creates a saftey issue. We pay taxs for these lights please fix it!!!!! street light 315913
