My yard waste has not been collected for the 2nd week. The problem was acknowledged after I reported it last week and was told it would be collected. It wasn't 2 weeks ago and it is still in front of my house this week. I see neighbors up the street (Vista Terrace) have not had theirs collected either. What's going on with Public Works?

Yard waste not collected on the correct day although in clean barrels. Two barrels are still on the sidewalk.

Leaves and yard waste were not picked up on the entire Vista Terrace. They are not swept into the street but collected in bags and barrels. My neighbors and I would appreciate a pickup of said leaves and yard waste. We work hard enough gathering them and the city should be doing its part.

2 barrels of yard waste have not been picked up and yet my next door neighbors at 144 Vista Terrace had his picked up so I don't understand it. I would like the waste collected today so I can reuse the barrels.

The Oak tree planted by the city many years ago in front of our house has grown and spread so much that it overhangs much of our terraced property dropping twigs, leaves, acorns, etc.especially on the steps. The little acorns become a walking hazard on the steps and sidewalk. It is in dire need of being trimmed back after all these years.
