    The sidewalk on the bridge on Oakland between N Grand Ave and Center St. is completely plowed under with snow. Driving in that area after dark I witnessed pedestrians forced to walk against traffic in the street.

    This is NOT a complaint against the neighbor. The storm debris has still not been removed from the right of way in front of the house at the corner of W Genesee and Stanley St. The branches were put out in time for the city wide pick up.
